Sequoia Senior Solutions awarded top excellence certificate

Petaluma, March 9, 2006: Sequoia Senior Solutions, Inc. of Petaluma has been awarded the Pinnacle Quality Certificate by the independent contractor Pinnacle Consulting of Salt Lake City, Utah, in recognition of consistent excellence, achievement, and commitment to high levels of service and customer satisfaction. Sequoia Senior Solutions provides in-home care for seniors throughout Sonoma, Marin, and Napa counties, enabling them to remain independent and in their own homes for as long as possible.

This certificate is backed by a customer satisfaction survey carried out by Pinnacle Consulting showing Sequoia Senior Solutions to be “off the charts” according to Gabriella Ambrosi, CEO of Sequoia Senior Solutions, Inc. The January 2006 survey taken among Sequoia Senior Solutions’ clients have ratings that consistently came in at “5” on a scale of 1-5, for a host of categories ranging from “overall quality of service,” to “accessibility of staff,” and “response to problems.”

On the scale of 1-5, “I would give them a 10,” responded one interviewee. Another responded, “We were very detailed as to our expectations, and they met them.” Some clients also commented that they highly valued Sequoia Senior Solutions’ honesty as well as their professional and ethical standards.
